Away Rotation

We offer a robust 4 week rotation at Detroit Receiving Hospital to visiting medical students with a strong core of hands-on, clinical medicine in our high-volume, high acuity ED. To learn more, please see the link below

In addition, we also offer a scholarship for visiting students from underrepresented backgrounds. Detroit-Regional Elective Scholarship for Underrepresented Students or D-RESUS provides financial assistance for students applying to EM who are members of minority groups or faced disadvantage. Students will also benefit from mentorship from faculty members with expertise in social justice and diversity issues.
